I came across information regarding an opening duaa that is used by many, including myself. Although it comes from "The Prophet's Prayer Described," I ran across an article that stated that the hadith that transmitted this duaa, was weak. You can read about it here. (offsite)
The Number of Ayaat per surah printable contained an error in the number of ayaat for Suratul Ahzab. Please see this page for details (look for the oops graphic)
