2. Outline of lessons:
This is essentially an outline of the book as well, however, a few of the lessons, I have broken down into two or more parts.
Suggestion: Complete one lesson per week. Also supplement the lessons with related reading. I have attempted to include supplemental reading/material suggestions in the lessons, as much as possible.
